29012a9408 后端：FriendRequestController.save 增加 try/catch 友好返回错误；FriendRequestServiceImpl.save 补充校验并提示“已经是好友，无需添加/不能添加自己”。 ...

前端：好友请求发送处 (FriendsPageWithRealAPI.tsx, FriendsPageWithAPI.tsx) 捕获并展示后端返回的具体错误信息，便于用户看到“已经是好友，无需添加”；添加调试日志便于排查。
