rename show/hide methods to avoid jQuery conflict.

it seem that show and hide methods fron tooltip where collinding with
jquery, sometime blocking the notebook.

Move from css fadeIn/Out to jQuery fade In/Out, and replace
addRemoveClass by fadeIn/fadeOut
