[help] import issue types documentation from website Summary: Take all the issue type documentation in the website and add it to infer itself so it can generate the website (see further diffs). the variable `strongSelf` should be checked for `null` before being used,
otherwise this could cause a crash because the weak pointer `weakSelf` could be
`null`.
