[Cost] Use OneInstrPerNode CFG

Summary:
We want instr-granular invariant maps so let's use the OneInstrPerNode CFG in the AI analyzers.
This requires specializing the TransferFunctions.
Keep using the normal CFG where we only need node-granular informations.
