- libraries that depend on java need to open JavaFrontendStubs if java

namespace

Because in the real semantics CFRelease can be used more than once, and also the variables can be used after CFRelease in general, modelling this as `free` causes many `USE_AFTER_FREE` errors. Now we change the model to not add the `Invalid CFree` attribute, but to just remove the `Allocated` attribute. So we can model memory leaks in the simple case of `Create` and not `CFRelease` before going out of scope, but we avoid the `USE_AFTER_FREE`.
Since the model for CFRelease now diverges from free, changed the command line option for modelling to `pulse-model-release-pattern`.

Summary:
In LLVM it is possible for struct constant values to be directly
recursive, with no pointer dereference to close the cycle. These
appear for example as the values of vtables from C++ code.
Currently such recursive records in the Exp and Term languages are
represented as genuinely cyclic values. Compared to a standard term
representation, the presence of cyclic values is a significant
complication everywhere. Since the backend solver does not do anything
such as induction over these, they have to be treated as essentially
atomic.
This patch changes the representation to a standard non-recursive tree
term structure. Instead of cyclic references, an explicit constructor
is added for the "non-tree edges", which simply indicates which
ancestor record value to which the recursive reference points.
There is a potential issue with this representation, since for
mutually recursive records, the representation is not canonical: it
chooses one of the records in the cycle to start from and expresses
the cycles relative to that. Currently the choice of representation is
dictated by the frontend. For the case of vtables, the frontend
translates globals in the same order they appear in the LLVM IR, so
the representation choice is fixed.
It may turn out that other potential uses require more reasoning
support in the backend solver, which would involve a theory of
equality of record values induced by equating the representations
resulting from different rotations of the cycle of records.

In this case, we would correctly say it is an anonymous class, and
return A$1$B as user defined, which is bad: now we can get the outer

This was leading to tricky bugs.
Now, get_user_defined_class name will return something that is indeeed
contains only user defined names.
There is one tricky pathological case left: when the outermost class is
anonymous, which can in theory occur. This might lead to other tricky
bugs, so the follow up will be to rewrite API of JavaClassName.t so that
this case is made clear for the client.
But lets unbreak nullsafe fore now first.

## Issue
Commit [068622c](https://github.com/facebook/infer/commit/068622c) renamed the option `test` to be `only-cheap-debug` and also flipped the default value. Therefore, what used to be `--no-test` (i.e., you _do_ want expensive debug information) is now `--no-only-cheap-debug`.
However, [`01-advanced-features.md`](https://github.com/facebook/infer/blob/master/website/docs/01-advanced-features.md) listed the option as `no_test` (with an underscore rather than a hyphen), which I guess got missed when renaming the option/changing the default.
The suggestion to use `--no_test` was recently suggested in [https://github.com/facebook/infer/issues/1252](https://github.com/facebook/infer/issues/1252#issuecomment-618922148), so we should probably remove this, otherwise you get (even if you use the "correct" syntax for an older Infer):
```
$ infer --no-test
/path/to/infer/bin/infer: unknown option '--no-test'.
```
## Description of changes
Given that `only-cheap-debug` now has a default of _false_ (i.e., if you request `-g`/`--debug`, you automatically get `--no-only-cheap-debug`), making the suggestion to users to turn _off_ "no expensive debugging" is not required.
Consequently, this PR removes the recommendation to pass `--no-test`/`--no-only-cheap-debug` in the documentation.
