Summary: @publicThe first argument of builtin calls in C gets translated twice, which is bad if the argument is a side-effecting expression like a function call. Sam Blackshear	f6784e3796	[infer][models] Fixing InferAssume ... Summary: @public Using InferBuiltins.assume previously caused an assertion failure in the analyzer.
