Martin Trojer	18f28395e8	[clang] migrate to llvm/clang11 Summary: Update Infer to LLVM (clang) 11.1.0. Infer/clang now uses the LLVM 'monorepo' release, simplifying the download script. Some changes done to how/when ASTExporter mangles names, this to avoid the plugin hitting asserts in the clang code when mangling names.
