Sam Blackshear	73f219560d	[thread-safety] warn on unsafe accesses to maps Summary: Adding models that allow us to warn on unguarded accesses to subclasses of `Map`, but not on accesses of threadsafe containers like `ConcurrentMap`. Summary:
