Jules Villard	7d49e16d63	[clang] rewrite hijack_and_normalize_clang_command in OCaml ... Summary: Let's start migrating some of our bash script to OCaml to make them easier to maintain and extend. For now replace just one script and put it in lib/clang_wrappers/ at compile time, where the former script used to be. Further simplifications will come later.
