Jules Villard	b876364340	[tests] convert ant integration test to a Makefile Summary: Time for this framework to die. This converts the ant test to a Makefile. The design is that each test or family of tests will have its own directory. Do the necessary plumbing from the toplevel Makefile so that `make test` runs the migrated tests.
