Summary:
Nullsafe/biabduction tests were sensitive to Java version: they were recorded for Java 8 but if the machine that is used to run the tests had Java 11, tests would fail. This diff aims to resolve this issue by
- making our tests produce java8-compatible bytecode so that tests don't fail on Java 11 machines
- removing nullsafe tests that exercise obscure Java 8 behavior that cannot be alleviated with backward compatible bytecode on Java 11
- changing lambda argument printing to be Java 11 compatible

Summary:
This addresses a test difference between java versions. Infer's java tests are recorded with Java8 where string concat with a constant string uses `toString`. However, if tests are run on a machine where Java 11 is used, string concat is done via `makeConcatWithConstants` which causes tests to fail.
As a workaround, we replace the test so that Java version dependent string concat is not used.

Summary: Renaming biabduction tests in infer/tests/codetoanalyze/java/biabduction/*.java to follow our naming convention: fooOk for tests where no report is expected, fooBad when we expect a report, and FP_ or FN_ prefixes when reality doesn't match the expectation

Summary:
`java_type` aka `JavaSplitName.t` is a pair of strings. It's used in a procname to store the return type. Replace that with `Typ.t`.
This is step one of deleting `JavaSplitName`. Step two will be to replace parameters with `Typ.t`.

Summary:
The java frontend used an unsound flow insensitive class analysis to devirtualize
some virtual calls. We remove it and let the recent devirtualizer preanalysis do the job.
This unsoudness in the Java frontend may have been here for a long time. Removing it may
modify several analysis results (specially Nullsafe) where virtual calls may look different
now.

Summary:
The directory names had some interesting variety due to historical
reasons.
- {c,cpp,objc,objcpp}/errors/ date from the time when infer was only
biabduction
- java/infer/ dates from the time when we had an "--analyzer" option and
"infer" was one of them (sic), and eg another was "eradicate".
- c/biabduction/ dates from the time when the biabduction analysis was
being migrated to the "checkers" (AI) framework. For some reasons the
tests there are not a subset of c/infer/ but seem to be entirely new
tests.
The convention now dictates that we should name all of these
*/biabduction/. This diff moves the existing tests from c/biabduction/
into c/biabduction/misc/.
