Andrzej Kotulski	da3a106541	Always translate CXXRecordDecl as Sil.Class Summary: public It turns out that C-like structs in C++ may have methods generated by clang (constructors for example). If struct has a method, it needs to have Sil.Class type - make all CXXRecordDecls Sil.Class types by default. Support template classes

Summary: public Translate template instantiations exported by clang.
There is no need to deal with templated code - clang creates one class
for each implementation.
