Run the inferTraceBugs tests from tests/build_systems/ like other such e2e tests, so that they can run in parallel with other tests instead of sequentially at the end. [make] move inferTraceBugs tests to build systems, hide more output

Summary:
Cosmetic changes to the output of `make clean` and `make test-replace`.

Run the inferTraceBugs tests from tests/build_systems/ like other such e2e
tests, so that they can run in parallel with other tests instead of
sequentially at the end.
