Andrzej Kotulski	71e424d6ba	Use qual_name to extract class name from method decl Summary: public New qual_name exporting logic in facebook-clang-plugins handles anonymous classes in much better way. This allows us to simplify name generation for classes that don't rely on a type of the object (which could be wrong for methods from superclasses).
