Summary:
There's been regressions in --pulse-isl. Without tests, everything is
temporary!
Note: the regressions are presumably still there, this just records the
current status of pulse.isl.
Also, no objective-C(++) at the moment. Should we add them too? (in
another diff)

Summary:
Nullsafe/biabduction tests were sensitive to Java version: they were recorded for Java 8 but if the machine that is used to run the tests had Java 11, tests would fail. This diff aims to resolve this issue by
- making our tests produce java8-compatible bytecode so that tests don't fail on Java 11 machines
- removing nullsafe tests that exercise obscure Java 8 behavior that cannot be alleviated with backward compatible bytecode on Java 11
- changing lambda argument printing to be Java 11 compatible

`infer/tests/infer.make` unconditionally runs
```
$(call check_no_duplicates,$(INFER_OUT)/duplicates.txt)
```
as a part of `test` target. This requires the flag to be set to
produce `duplicates.txt`.
`clang.make` does this, but `java.make` was missing the flag which led
to an error on running `make tests` within
e.g. `tests/codetoanalyze/java/nullsafe-default`:
```
grep: infer-out/duplicates.txt: No such file or directory
Summary:
Goal of the stack: deprecate the `--analyzer` option in favour of turning
individual features on and off. This option is a mess: some of the options are
now subcommands (compile, capture), others are aliases (infer and checkers),
and they can all be replicated using some straightforward combination of other
options.
This diff: stop using `--analyzer` in tests. It's mostly `checkers` everywhere,
which is already the default. `linters` becomes `--no-capture --linters-only`.
`infer` is supposed to be `checkers` already. `crashcontext` is
`--crashcontext-only`.
Summary:
1. Mark some Makefile targets as depending on `MAKEFILE_LIST` so they get rebuilt on Makefile changes
2. Do not show boolean options with no documentation in the man pages (like we do for other option types).
3. Default to Lazy dynamic dispatch for the checkers.
4. In the tests, use `--<checker>-only` instead of relying on `--no-default-checkers`
5. `--no-filtering` is redundant if `--debug-exceptions` is passed
Summary:
Try to read .inferconfig in the current directory, then in .., then in ../..,
etc. This can be overriden with the `INFERCONFIG` environment variable.
This removes the need for two-phase parsing, so clean up that code too.
Paths in .inferconfig are interpreted relative to where .inferconfig is located.
This does not apply to other path-sensitive things like regexpes... this is not
a show stopper because regexpes can account for the fact that infer may be
called from different project roots.
Make sure we fail when .inferconfig exists but cannot be read.
This makes sure that one can run `./build-infer.sh` then `make`. Otherwise it's
not always clear what one should do to recompile infer, eg when `make` will
work and when `./build-infer.sh` should be used instead, in particular when the
user doesn't have opam configured for her terminal.
- rename java.make -> javac.make, config.make -> java.make, and move to infer/tests/ so it's easier to use from infer/tests/build_systems/
- use these from ant's test Makefile, much code reuse!
- factor out common functionality between java and clang
A wrinkle: sorting is now done the same way for --issues-tests and
--issues-txt, which produces bogus (but still as deterministic) sorting for
--issues-txt. This is more of a cosmetic issue, but I hope to fix it in a later
diff that gets rid of calls to `sort` in favour of sorting directly from
`InferPrint`.
