Summary:
Found the dead code with the script in the next commit, iteratively until no
warnings remained.
Methodology:
1. I kept pretty-printers for values, which can be useful to use from infer's REPL (or
when printf-debugging infer in general)
2. I kept functions that formed some consistent API (but not often, so YMMV), for instance if it looked like `Set.S`, or if it provides utility functions for stuff in development (mostly the procname dispatcher functions)
3. I tried not to lose comments associated with values no longer exported: if the value is commented in the .mli and not the .ml, I moved the comment
4. Some comments needed updating (not claiming I caught all of those)
5. Sometimes I rewrote the comments a bit when I noticed mis-attached comments

Summary:
Conversion and reformat of infer source using ocamlformat
auto-formatting tool.
Current status:
- Because Reason does not handle docstrings, the output of the
conversion is not 'Warning 50'-clean, meaning that there are
docstrings with ambiguous placement. I'll need to manually fix
them just before landing.

Summary:
Backend needs to know whether type is const or not. In order to achieve it, frontend needs to know it first.
This diff changes bunch of things:
- update clang plugin to have AST exporter actually export that info most of the time
- change types of functions in clang frontend until it compiles
- replace `type_ptr` with `qual_type` and `tp` with `qt` in names where applicable
- cleanup some things in the process

Summary:
Utils contains definitions intended to be in the global namespace for
all of the infer code-base, as well as pretty-printing functions, and

This diff changes the module opened into the global namespace to
IStd (Std conflict with extlib), and moves the pretty-printing

Summary: public Translate classes and protocols on demand only.
This saves space in the tenv and time. The categories still cannot be translated on demand
because there is no pointer to them from the classes. Andrzej is fixing that.
We had to make cTypes_Decl and the modules for translating classes, protocols and categories mutually
recursive. Moreover, we had to reorder the method for adding classes to the tenv to receive a decl and
return a type.

Summary:
Using the qualified names of fields to create mangled names.
This removes the need to search for the fields in the tenv when translating a field access.
That was only done to build the correct mangled name,
The rest of the changes are using the qualified names for ivars and property names in the property module,
which is needed to make it work. Basically a big chain of changes of using qualified names to make the code
compile.
Summary:
This is the second of 3 stack diffs to deal with replacing the parser of types.
This diff is about changes to translate record types, as well as class types and enum
types. For class types and enum types we store the declaration pointer in the map of
types to find the type easier later.
For record declarations, we change the way we build record names.
Moreover, we don't translate typedefs anymore, because when we have a pointer to a typedef,
we can find the actual type it points to.
