Summary:
ObjC++ models are a copy (symlink) into the ObjC ones, albeit with different compile time flags. However, the resulting procnames are identical, and we are left with only one copy of models anyway. This means that only one version (chosen arbitrarily by the build order) is used for analysis.
This diff deletes the ObjC++ version.

Summary:
Store model summaries in the `model_specs` database table instead of in spec files.
This table is populated when a new database is created by loading a dump of the `specs` table in the models database. This avoids the perf and reliability implications of ATTACHing the same, non-read-only models-DB by many processes.
- `BiabductionModels` is moved into `IR` so that `JsonReports` can access it.
- The binary `sqlite3` is now required on the host compiling infer.

Summary:
This diff finishes the migration from the specialization of methods that take blocks as arguments. Here we delete all the old code and change the way we model dispatch functions so that the tests pass.
- Remove the code for specializing the methods in biabduction.
- Remove the call flags `cf_with_block_parameters` that was only used in this algorithm.
- Removes models for dispatch functions.
- Adds models for dispatch functions as program transformation only in biabduction. To be added in other checkers in the future.

Summary:
This will help making error reporting more actionable.
Often methods that are nullable in general (like View.findViewById) are used as not-nullable due to app-invariants. In such cases suggesting a non-nullable alternative that does an assertion under the hood makes the error report more actionable and provides necessary guidance with respect to coding best practices
Follow up will include adding more methods to models.
If this goes well, we might support it in user-defined area (nullability
repository)

Summary:
These have proved to be too fragile to maintain as they would often break
compilation of user code. They have been off by default for more than a year
now (D7350715).
Removing the include models shows a more accurate picture of what infer results
look like in production. As such, lots of tests have changed, mostly
biabduction but also in inferbo. SIOF was using include-based models too but
now libc++ is better and iostreams are implemented in a way that SIOF
understands (instead of being magical creatures) so nothing changed there.

hosts to `make` the project which in scripts was messing up local clang

Goal of the stack: deprecate the `--analyzer` option in favour of turning
individual features on and off. This option is a mess: some of the options are
now subcommands (compile, capture), others are aliases (infer and checkers),
and they can all be replicated using some straightforward combination of other
options.
This diff: stop using `--analyzer` in tests. It's mostly `checkers` everywhere,
which is already the default. `linters` becomes `--no-capture --linters-only`.
`infer` is supposed to be `checkers` already. `crashcontext` is
`--crashcontext-only`.

Summary:
The model for `getcwd` assumes the first argument should be non-null when in fact a NULL pointer is legitimate and results in allocation:

> loc(3) if buf is NULL. In this case, the allocated buffer has the length size unless size is zero, when buf
> is allocated as big as necessary. The caller should free(3) the returned buffer.
I suggest this glibc extension be used for the getcwd model to reduce false positives.

This diff fixes that problem by checking subclasses in the frontend.

Our model of unique_ptr and shared_ptr relied on the fact that we could C-style cast a pointer to the internal pointer type used in the smart pointer.
This is wrong when the smart pointer is used with a custom deleter that declares its own pointer type whose is not constructible from just a single pointer.

Summary:
The diff is very big but it's mostly removing code. It was inspired by the fact that we were getting Dead Store FPs because we were modeling some functions from CoreFoundation and CoreGraphics directly as alloc in the frontend, which caused the parameters of the function to be seen as dead. See the new test.
To deal with this, if we are going to skip the function, we model it as malloc instead. Given how many models we had for those "model as malloc" functions, I removed them to rely solely on the new mechanism.
The modeling of malloc and release was still based on the old retain count implementation, even though all we do here is a malloc/free kind of analysis. I also changed
that to be actually malloc/free which removed many Assert false in the tests. CFRelease is not exactly free though, and it's possible to use the variable afterwards. So used a custom free builtin that only cares about removing the Memory attribute and focuses on minimizing Memory Leaks FPs.
Otherwise we were translating CFBridgingRelease as a special cast, and this wasn't working. To simplify this as well, I removed all the code for the special cast, and just modeled CFBridgingRelease and CFAutorelease also as free_cf, to avoid Memory Leak false positives. I also treated the cast __bridge_transfer as a free_cf model. This means we stopped trying to report Memory Leaks on those objects.
The modeling of CoreGraph release functions was done in the frontend, but seemed simpler to also simplify that code and model all the relevant functions.
