Summary:
In preparation for getting rid of call graphs, we need to find another way to
get the list of defined procedures (which is the only place where we use the
globally-computed call graph for now).
The natural way to get the list of procedures defined in a file is to load the
cfg for that file and look at the proc names that are the keys of the cfg. This
is way too expensive, as the CFG is big. Thus, we cache this list of proc names
as another column in the SQLite database of cfgs. This gives good performance
in benchmarks.

This will allow most of the checkers, except the bi-abduction, to skip the analysis on the specialized clone of the methods used to handle dynamic dispatch. Doing this, we can run the bi-abduction analysis using:
infer -a checkers --biabduction
without risk of conflicts on the resolution of dynamic dispatch.

Summary:
Changes every checker to take a summary as parameter and return the updated summary to the next checker. Since several operations, like `Reporting.log_*` are modifying the summary in memory by loading them from the in-memory cache of summaries, we currently need to rely on `Specs.get_summary_unsafe` to return the updated version of the summary.
This diff allows to change the API of `Reporting` to take a summary as input and progressively remove all the calls `Specs.get_summary_unsafe` independently from adding the possibility to run several checkers at the same time. The final objective to have every checker just passing around the summary of the procedure being analyzed, and having the in-memory cache only use to store the summaries of the callees.

all of the infer code-base, as well as pretty-printing functions, and
assorted utility functions mostly for dealing with files and processes.
This diff changes the module opened into the global namespace to
IStd (Std conflict with extlib), and moves the pretty-printing
definitions from Utils to Pp.

Summary: Noticed this when I was writing the documentation for the abstract interpretation framework and was curious about why `Ondemand.analyze_proc` needs the type environment. It turns out that the type environment is only used to transform/normalize Infer bi-abduction specs before storing them to disk, but this can be done elsewhere. Doing this normalization elsewhere simplifies the on-demand API, which is a win for all of its clients.

Java synthetic methods used to be inlined when a procedure was being analyzed.
This was done almost everywhere. A missing case was when a cfg is loaded during an existing analysis because on-demand needs access to a procedure.
Intead of trying to maintain an invariant in all access paths, we now inline them systematically before saving the cfg to disk.
A secondary consequence of this is that in debug mode the cfg dotty file will show the inlined cfg, so there's no difference between that view and what happens during analysis.

There's a lot of overlap between the representation of a proc desc and a spec summary. This diff moves all the data in common to the single record proc_attributes defined in Sil.
This gives a unified way of accessing most of the data carried by a procedure, whether it is contained in a proc desc or a spec. Also, it ensures that there is a single flow of information from proc desc to spec in the back-end, making sure that the information represented stays consistent.
