Summary: We update the type of captured variables to include information about capture mode (`ByReference` or `ByValue`) both for procdesc attributes and the closure expression. For lambda: closure expression now contains correct capture mode for capture variables. Procdesc still does not contain information about captured variables which we will address in the next diff. For objc blocks: at the moment all captured variables have mode `ByReference`. Added TODOs to fix this.
