Goal of the stack: deprecate the `--analyzer` option in favour of turning
individual features on and off. This option is a mess: some of the options are
now subcommands (compile, capture), others are aliases (infer and checkers),
and they can all be replicated using some straightforward combination of other
options.
This diff: stop using `--analyzer` in tests. It's mostly `checkers` everywhere,
which is already the default. `linters` becomes `--no-capture --linters-only`.
`infer` is supposed to be `checkers` already. `crashcontext` is
`--crashcontext-only`.

Summary:
It's useful to test that the bucket a given error is classified as doesn't
change over time without notice.
This records the bucket for *all* the tests, even though some never produce a
bucket. This is to be on the safe size instead of risking to forget adding the
bucket information when the test changes, or when copy/pasting from a test that
doesn't have buckets to one that does.
The implementation is pretty crude: it greps the beginning of the qualifier
string for a `[bucket]`.

Summary:
Instead of a whitelist and blacklist and default issue types and default
blacklist and filtering, consider a simpler semantics where
1. checkers can be individually turned on or off on the command line
2. most checkers are on by default
3. `--no-filtering` turns all issue types on, but they can then be turned off again by further arguments
This provides a more flexible CLI and is similar to other options in the infer
CLI, where "global" behaviour is generally avoided.
Dynamically created checkers (eg, AL linters) cause some complications in the
implementation but I think the semantics is still clear.
Also change the name of the option to mention "issue types" instead of
"checks", since the latter can be confused with "checkers".

Summary:
Record an abstraction of the bug traces in the tests. The abstraction of a
trace is the sequence of descriptions. In practice, descriptions are either
empty, or of the form "start/end/return from/call to procedure X". They seem
pretty stable.
Motivation: there is nothing testing the traces reported by Infer right now,
even though they are surfaced to developers. For instance, Quandary uses
--issues-txt instead of --issues-tests to make sure the traces do not regress.
This change would make this approach more widespread.

Summary:
Instead of the custom filtering done by `InferPrint --issues-tests`, use the
filtering done by `infer` and run without filtering for our e2e tests. We still
test the filtering for our build systems integration tests, and this diff
restores that behaviour for the ant test (hence the bugs removed from
ant/issues.exp).
Also add internal exceptions to most tests to get more signal out of them (eg,
knowing when we add assertion failures and the like).
Retire the old `--issues-tests` to limit the number of ways we do filtering.

Summary:
Let's start migrating some of our bash script to OCaml to make them easier to
maintain and extend.
For now replace just one script and put it in lib/clang_wrappers/ at compile
time, where the former script used to be. Further simplifications will come
later.
