每个文件说明
funs.py为功能函数接口，把课堂中学习的图片处理方法进行封装
项目采用MVC设计模式
templates中为各个功能的前端页面，
views中构建访问逻辑和简单路由，
调用封装好的funs.py进行图片处理，渲染完成后返回给前端，
media文件为数据库存储图片位置
action.zip为视频演示文件
