The `attr_kind` column has now exactly two possible values: defined and undefined (since D22187238 (61ae2d1e1b)). This is also what should be stored in the field `is_defined` in the procedure attributes. Finally, the cfg can be `NULL` or not. This diff makes all three of these agree, in order to allow for the removal of the `attr_kind` column up the stack, since it will be equivalent to `cfg is NOT NULL`.
The changes in the tests indicate improved correctness: previously, specialising a modelled callee would result in a dummy entry in the procedures table, because all clang procedures were given a procdesc, so the specialisation would specialise the empty procdesc. Now, the model is not shadowed by the specialised dummy procdesc, and is specialised itself (and that's why it also ends up in the capture DB, which is slightly counter-intuitive).

Summary:
We defined cost's plus as "zero+unreachable = unreachable" for the operation cost. The meaning of
the zero cost is that no statment is analyzed yet, and the unreachable(bottom) cost means a program
point is analyzed as unreachable. We thought "zero+unreachable" happens in very specific cases we
need to check, or due to an analyzer bug. For debugging purpose, we defined it to return more
specific unreachable cost.
However, in allocation/autoreleasepool costs, the zero cost is not very special value. If there is
no alloc/autorelease calls, they can have the zero cost. "zero+unreachable = unreachable" doesn't
make sense there.
This diff changes the plus as "zero+unreachable = zero" for the non-operation costs.

Summary:
This preanalysis in general aims to create specialized clones of methods that have blocks as arguments and that are called with concrete closures, and then call these clone methods instead of the original ones.
One complication is what happens with the captured variables in the closure. What we do is we add them to the formals of the cloned method and passed them through to the concrete blocks.
We do this transformation in two steps:
1. Go through all the callers of methods with blocks as parameters, and create the clone methods. In this preanalysis we only create the attributes for the new method, not the code. We also update the call instructions in the callers to represent a call to the cloned method with updated arguments: we don't need to pass closures arguments anymore, we instead pass the captured variables as new arguments.
2. We add the corresponding code to the newly created clones: this means swapping the call to the block variable with a call to the corresponding block. Moreover, we add some of the new formals (that correspond to the captured variables) to the arguments of the call.
This diff implements step 1 of the analysis. The next diff D23216021 implements step 2.

1. For this diff, when the condition `curr_langauge_is Java` is removed in some part of the analysis, some c bufferoverrun tests are broken. This is fixed in this diff by inspecting if we are dealing with a `Size` alias referring to an `objc_internal_collection_array`.
2. Previously, when we are modifying mutable array in a loop, e.g. adding element to the array or removing element from the array, we are unable to give an estimable size of the array after exiting the loop. This is now fixed, and the corresponding FPs are resolved.

1. Rory and I tried to write models for ObjC iterator.
2. We could not use Java's iterator semantics: In Java's, `hasNext` returns the size of collection, rather than a boolean, and which is used as a control variable. On the other hand, in ObjC, it calls only `nextObject`, not calling `hasNext`, and the return value of which is being checked as `null`.
3. We added an artificial field `objc_iterator_offset` to keep the index of the iterator, and the models added in this diff are handling that integer value.
A problem is that `array.objc_iterator_offset` is not included in the control variables, since the condition of the loop is `nextObject() != null` that does not include the iterator offset. We need to make `array.objc_iterator_offset` as a control variable, by changing the part collecting control variables.

So here the complexity is set to match the normal expectation of the complexity.

Summary:
This diff implements part of the memory management for Objective-C classes in ARC, namely that `dealloc` is called when the objects become unreachable. In reality the semantics of ARC says that this happens when their reference count becomes 0, but we are not modelling this yet in Pulse. However, we could in the future.
This fixes false positives memory leaks when the memory is freed in dealloc.
`dealloc` is often implicit in Objective-C, it also calls the dealloc of instance variables and superclass. None of this is implemented yet, and will be done in a future diff. This will be added in the frontend probably, similarly to how it's done for C++ destructors.
This is an important part of modelling Objective-C semantics in Infer, I looked at whether this should be a preanalysis to be used by all analyses but this needs Pulse. So the idea is that any analysis that needs to understand Objective-C memory model well, should have Pulse as a preanalysis.

In order to test cost analysis results, currently we rely on having an arbitrary cost threshold (200) and report issues that exceed this cost. For instance, a cost of 201 is considered expensive and reported as `EXPENSIVE_EXECUTION_TIME` issue in cost tests.
This means, if we change the cost analysis in a slight way that results in some constant cost increase under 200, we wouldn't able to detect it. I find this unsatisfactory and somewhat hacky.
This diff adds the ability to write the result of `costs-report.json` into a separate `cost-issues.exp` and then compare the actual costs (not only than relying on this arbitrary threshold reporting mechanism).

This function had been computing the name for ObjC methods wrong, with only the class name. This was causing wrong error messages in Pulse.
The main issue was that `Procname.to_simplified_string` was writing `Classname::methodname` for ObjC methods, which is not the convention. This confused the `hashable_name` funtion. So changing the method name to `Classname.methodname` which is more standard, and this also fixes `hashable_name`.

Now we change the model to not add the `Invalid CFree` attribute, but to just remove the `Allocated` attribute. So we can model memory leaks in the simple case of `Create` and not `CFRelease` before going out of scope, but we avoid the `USE_AFTER_FREE`.

- {c,cpp,objc,objcpp}/errors/ date from the time when infer was only

- java/infer/ dates from the time when we had an "--analyzer" option and
"infer" was one of them (sic), and eg another was "eradicate".
- c/biabduction/ dates from the time when the biabduction analysis was
being migrated to the "checkers" (AI) framework. For some reasons the
tests there are not a subset of c/infer/ but seem to be entirely new
tests.
The convention now dictates that we should name all of these
*/biabduction/. This diff moves the existing tests from c/biabduction/
into c/biabduction/misc/.

This translates the construct `ObjCBridgedCastExpr` when the cast_kind is `OBC_BridgeTransfer`, or in syntax, the cast (`__bridge_transfer`).
This cast means that the object is passed from manual memory management to ARC, so one doesn't need to call `release` manually. It is important to model this to avoid false positives.
It translates it as a builtin that we then model in Pulse, the same way we modelled `CFBridgingRelease` which does the same thing.
The name of the builtin is `__free_cf` which is not ideal but I left it like that for compatibility with biabduction. We can change it once we remove this check from biabduction.

These were not used (and were actually activated byt the same config
param). They both are in experimental stage that never reached maturity.
Since the team does not have immediate plans to work on ObjC nullability
checker; and since "eradicate" (now known as nullsafe) is the main
solution for Java, removing it is sensible.

Summary: This adds a check for when developers use weakSelf (and maybe strongSelf) in a block, when there is no need for it, because it won't cause a retain cycle. In general there is an annotation in Objective-C for methods that take blocks, NS_NOESCAPE, that means that the passed block won't leave the scope, i.e. is "no escaping". So we report when weakSelf is used and the block has the annotation.

If a race exists in two or more overloads of the same method and we use only the class and method name in the report text, then the current bug hashing algorithm will identify the two reports as duplicates.
To avoid this, the report had the class, method and list of type parameters. This is unreadable, however, and redundant (the report is already located within the method in question). So at the risk of duplicates, use only class+method names.
Also, fix a bug in `Procname.pp_simplified ~withclass` where `withclass` was ignored for C++/ObjC methods.

Summary:
This also prints the CFGs *after* pre-analysis for individual procedures
in infer-out/captured/<filename>/<proc>.dot. One can also look up the
CFGs before pre-analysis in infer-out/captured/proc_cfgs_frontend.dot.
Context: I want to add a pre-analysis that needs to look at proc
attributes inter-procedurally. For this to make sense it has to happen
*after* all of capture, and before analysis.
Thus, this diff brings back the lazy running of the pre-analysis like in
D15803492, except that we still make sure to run the pre-analyses
systematically regardless of the checkers being run by running the
pre-analysis from ondemand.ml. Also we don't need to re-introduce the
"did_preanalysis" proc attribute for the same reason that the
pre-analysis is now run once and for all by ondemand.ml (instead of each
individual checker back in the days).
This has the benefit of running the pre-analysis only when needed, and
the drawback that several concurrent processes analysing the same proc
descs will duplicate work. Since pre-analyses are supposed to be very
fast I assume that neither is a big deal. If they become more expensive
then the benefit gets bigger and the drawback is just the same as with
regular analyses.

Added this check to the SelfInBlock checker, and removed it from biabduction.
We want to migrate all the objc checks from biabduction, so it will be easier to change and faster and more reliable. Moreover, this check is more general, it will flag any use of unchecked strongSelf, not just a dereference.

There are 3 ways pulse tracks history. This is at least one too many. So
far, we have:
1. "histories": a humble list of "events" like "assigned here", "returned from call", ...
2. "interproc actions": a structured nesting of calls with a final "action", eg "f calls g calls h which does blah"
3. "traces", which combine one history with one interproc action
This diff gets rid of interproc actions and makes histories include
"nested" callee histories too. This allows pulse to track and display
how a value got assigned across function calls.
Traces are now more powerful and interleave histories and interproc
actions. This allows pulse to track how a value is fed into an action,
for instance performed in callee, which itself creates some more
(potentially now interprocedural) history before going to the next step
of the action (either another call or the action itself).
This gives much better traces, and some examples are added to showcase
this.
There are a lot of changes when applying summaries to keep track of
histories more accurately than was done before, but also a few
simplifications that give additional evidence that this is the right
concept.

those. Two matching primed vars would both be replaced by some fresh primed var.
